It’s time to quiet that inner critic.

Therapy for self-esteem in NC and CO

Is there a little voice inside your head tormenting you day and night no matter how much you achieve?

You are terrified to find out that your internal dialogue is true. You are not good enough.

The belief that you are not good enough causes you to chase the appearance of “having it all together,” even though deep down, you know you are not okay. You might even find yourself trapped in the cycle of self-sabotage because the pain of not giving something your all, feels safer than confronting the pain of not feeling good enough.

  • You want to heal your emotional wounds.

  • You want to feel confident in your ability to love, be loved, and live a fulfilling life.

  • You’re not sure if it’s possible to heal your self-esteem.

You’re ready to feel confident in who you are.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

You can learn to love and express the real you.

Most people with damaged self-esteem reside on one of two ends of the same spectrum; under-achiever or over-achiever. Despite their differences, the under-achiever and over-achiever have the same problem. They do not know their worth.

The over-achiever does everything they can to appear that they “have it all together” even though this never-ending quest for perfection fails to soothe the gnawing feeling inside that something is missing. The under-achiever finds themselves in a cycle of self-sabotaging behaviors because if they don’t ever give anything their all, they won’t have to guess what the outcome will be. This leaves both the over-achiever and under-achiever feeling exhausted from trying so hard to be something they are not, and doubtful of their ability to ever feel satisfied with who they truly are.

Which end of the spectrum do you fall on? Maybe you oscillate between the two. No matter where you find yourself on the spectrum, I can support you.

Through the implementation of helpful treatment modalities (e.g., Intuitive Therapy and Energy Healing), I can help you heal old wounds, release what is no longer serving you, discover your strengths, and renew your hope in your ability to build the life you want.
